Shipping Policy

For all Buyers, orders are shipped through Registered Courier companies, Orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation of order.

Office Norms

Bella Homes LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation of order.

Cancellation and Exchange Policy


You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please go to My orders Section and then cancel order from there.

Exchange & Returns

  • Bella Homes (Bella Homes LLP) will not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • If you have received a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure you take pictures and video while unboxing the package and share us the same on
  • On receiving your complaint, Bella Homes shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Bella Homes is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Bella Homes will start initiating the replacement process.
  • In Order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
  • Please notify Bella Homes of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product within 48 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, Bella Homes shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products have to be unused.
  • Products should be returned in their original Packaging along with the Original Price tags, barcodes, labels, invoices, etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that here is no further damage of products during transit itself.
  • Bella Homes will arrange pick-up of the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Product through its logistics partner.
  • The returned Products are subject to verifications and checks by Bella Homes in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the complaint is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  • Once the Product is received by the Bella Homes and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 48 hours on basis of availability. Replacement items sent are final sale. No further return or exchange is applicable on items sent as replacement.
  • If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after deducting Reverse Logistics charges. Return shipping charges are equivalent to 10% of MRP for products that are above INR 5,000 and for products with MRP below INR 5,000, return shipping charges stand at INR 500.
  • In case of non –availability of the products, you will be informed and then refund will be taken into consideration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of Shipping, Cancellations, Exchange and Return policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to Shipping, Cancellations , Exchange and Return policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
